Emergency & Urgent Care
Usually an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together to save a pet's life. Emergencies can be things such as poisoning, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion, bee sting. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment, do not hesitate to call, and get your pet right in to see the Doctor.
We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. Our veterinarians will work to "squeeze" you in between scheduled appointments.
Walk-ins are not encouraged (for your sake) due to our very busy schedule. However, we will do our best to accommodate them. Emergencies will always be seen first on a triage basis, then scheduled appointments will be seen, then walk-ins. Upon your arrival, our receptionist will give you an idea of how long your wait might be. We have a variety of educational material to view, and snacks provided, if at anytime there is a special request, please just inform our Client Service Representatives.
